VOO Create(以下简称“我们”)运营VOO.run,包括网站voo.run、托管网页编辑器、桌面应用、浏览器扩展与相关服务(合称“VOO”)。
- 提供并维护账号、登录、积分与计费;
- 保障安全、防止滥用与欺诈;
- 诊断并修复错误、改进产品;
- 登录服务:Google、GitHub(仅当你选择用它们登录)。
9. Google

VOO Create — hello@voo.run
English Version
Effective date: September 26, 2026
VOO Create ("we", "us") operates VOO.run, including the voo.run website, the hosted web editor, the desktop app, the browser extension and related services (together, "VOO"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Account information you provide
- Email, display name and password at sign-up. Passwords are stored only as salted PBKDF2-SHA256 hashes; we never store your plaintext password.
- Avatar link and bio if you add them to your profile.
1.2 Information from Google or GitHub sign-in
- Google: account identifier (sub), email, name, avatar. We request only the
openid, emailandprofilescopes. - GitHub: account ID, your primary verified email, username, avatar. We request
read:useranduser:email, and only accept an email that is primary and verified, to prevent unverified emails from taking over existing accounts. - We use this solely to create or sign you in to your VOO account and display your name and avatar. We do not access your Google Drive, mail or contacts, or any GitHub repository content.
1.3 Session data
After sign-in we issue a random session token valid for 30 days, stored on your device to keep you signed in.
1.4 Credits and orders
- Credit balance, credit ledger (top-ups, redemptions, usage, refunds) and redeem-code usage.
- Order details for credit purchases (order number, amount, payment channel, status). Payments are handled by third-party payment providers; we never see or store your card number or payment password. If we add new payment channels we will update this item.
1.5 AI usage records
When you use VOO credits to call AI models we record usage metadata: the model, endpoint path, usage units, cost and charge, request status, latency and time. This is used for billing, reconciliation and abuse prevention. These records do not contain the content of your prompts or generated results.
1.6 Error diagnostics (can be turned off)
To find and fix problems the app may send crash and error diagnostics: error name and message, app version and mode, viewport and pixel ratio, feature flags, up to 20 recent action identifiers, and a timestamp.
- Reports are sanitized before sending and never include image content or image data URLs, prompts or any text you typed, API keys or credentials, or absolute local file paths. The server sanitizes again on receipt.
- Defaults: on for the hosted web app (you can turn it off in Settings); off for the desktop app and browser extension (opt-in).
- Duplicate errors are throttled, with at most 50 reports per session.
1.7 What we do not collect
- Projects, canvases, images, videos and workflows you create locally stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. We do not offer cloud sync today; if we add it later it will be described separately and require your consent.
- Third-party API keys you enter are stored in your local app settings and are not sent to our servers.
- Real-time collaboration is relayed through our server; it keeps only the room's members in memory, stores no copy of the document, and forgets the room once it is empty.
2. How we use information
To provide accounts, sign-in, credits and billing; to keep VOO secure and prevent abuse and fraud; to diagnose and fix errors and improve the product; and to respond to you and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Sharing and third parties
- AI model providers: when you use VOO credits, your request content (prompts and inputs) is relayed through our servers to the upstream provider (currently DeepSeek and 302.AI). Please read their privacy policies. If you use your own API key, requests go directly from your device to the provider you choose.
- Infrastructure: we host the site and API on Vercel and store account and credit data in PostgreSQL.
- Sign-in providers: Google and GitHub, only if you choose them.
- Legal: we may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights of us and our users.
4. Retention
- Account and credit data are kept while your account exists; after you request deletion we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where the law requires retention (for example transaction records).
- Session tokens expire after 30 days.
- Error diagnostics are kept only as long as needed to investigate and fix problems, then deleted or kept only as aggregate statistics without personal information.
5. Your rights
You can view and correct your profile, turn off error reporting, sign out, or contact us to export or delete your data and close your account at hello@voo.run.
6. Security
Password hashing, random expiring session tokens, upstream keys held only in the server environment, and HTTPS in transit. No system is perfectly secure; report security issues to hello@voo.run.
7. Children
VOO is intended for users with full legal capacity. Users under 18 should use it with a guardian's consent.
8. Where data is stored
We use third-party cloud providers (Vercel and a hosted PostgreSQL database) to store and process data, which may be stored or processed outside your country or region. By using the service you understand and accept this.
9. Google user data
VOO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google account information only to sign you in and display your profile; we do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on the site with a new effective date.
